Description of Work
Fit two sets of new wooden French doors. One set is for the back of
the kitchen and the other for the dining room.
I would like some new handles fitted on the new doors, which I will
supply.
I also need some other jobs done around the house, including;
replacing a wooden door, fitting a new loft hatch and repairing a
broken cupboard.
Timescale
Ideally, I am looking for this work to commence in the next couple of
weeks. I would prefer the work to be carried out during the week,
although it may be possible to do some of the work at the weekend
if necessary.
Person Required
I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves.
Approximate Budget
The maximum that I'm prepared to spend is £900
Other Information
If possible, I would like to retain some of the old timbers around the
existing door frames. I have already purchased the right size glass
for the doors, but this will need to be fitted.

Description of Work
Line and paint my dining room and living room. Both rooms are
approx 17ft x 15ft in size.
There is also some tiling to do in the bathroom, which would involve
replacing existing tiling with new tiles. I will be buying the paint and
tiles my self.
Timescale
Ideally, I am looking for this work to commence as soon as possible.

Description of Requirement
I am looking for a 2 bedroom house near to Hove seafront. The
house must have 2 good sized bedrooms, a decent sized living
room and kitchen and a bathroom, ideally with a shower.
It would be great to have a garden, although I wouldn’t mind a roof
terrace or little patio. The house should be freehold and not on a
busy road.
Timescale
I am able to look at properties in the evening’s after 5pm or
weekends. I am looking to move as soon as I have sold my own flat.
I had an offer on my flat which fell through, but there are more
viewings arranged.
Person Required
I am looking for an agent who knows the local area well and who
has a good reputation.
Approximate Budget
I have a budget of around £160,000, although it depends on how
much I sell my flat for.
Other Information
I will consider properties that need some work doing to them for the

I am looking to sell my flat as I am moving away from the area. The

I do not have a garden, but I do have access to a roof terrace. There
are lovely sea views from the bedroom window. The flat is
leasehold, with rent of about £500 per annum. There are good
shops and cafes nearby, but the road is very quiet.
Timescale
I am available for viewings during the evenings after 6pm and on
Saturdays. I am happy for the agent to have keys and show people
around when I am not here. However, I would prefer an agent to be
present while people are viewing the flat.

I am looking to rent the house for a minimum of 12 months. Ideally I
am looking for a family or a group of professional sharers. I do not
want to rent the house to DSS claimants. I am looking for an agent
to manage the house in my absence. The house is furnished and
will include all appliances in the kitchen.

I am available for viewings during the evenings after 6pm and on

I am looking for a Plumber to check my boiler. The pilot light keeps
clicking itself off which means that we do not have hot water and
heating. The boiler was only replaced a year ago and this is the first
